Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Executive Chef to join our team specializing in culinary preparation for special events. Under the supervision of the Kitchen Director, the Executive Chef will be responsible for designing and executing innovative and delicious menus for a wide range of events.

Responsibilities

  • Design customized menus based on clients’ needs and preferences for a variety of events, including weddings, birthdays, corporate gatherings, and more.

  • Supervise dish preparation while ensuring that quality and presentation standards are consistently met.

  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to guarantee smooth and efficient service during events.

  • Work closely with event organizers to understand expectations and ensure that menus align with client needs.

  • Manage food supplies and inventory to guarantee freshness and the availability of required ingredients.

  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards across the kitchen.

  • Adapt to changing client needs and the specific requirements of each event to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role, preferably in an event-focused environment.

  • Excellent culinary skills and creativity to design innovative menus suitable for different types of events.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong leadership and ability to motivate a kitchen team to achieve common goals.

  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction.

  • In-depth knowledge of food hygiene standards and kitchen safety protocols.
