Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Server (Waiter/Waitress) to join our team. Under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager, the Server will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they enjoy a memorable dining experience at our establishment.
Responsibilities
Welcome and escort guests to their tables.
Take orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Present the menu and offer recommendations to guests.
Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Provide attentive and courteous service, responding to guests’ needs.
Set up and clear tables before and after service.
Perform cleaning and maintenance duties in the restaurant, including organizing and tidying work areas.
Requirements
Previous experience as a server preferred; training will also be provided.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and strong sense of service.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Knowledge of food hygiene standards and safety protocols.
