Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Bartender to join our team. Under the supervision of the Bar Manager, the Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, while providing exceptional service to our guests in a lively and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests at the bar and take their drink orders.
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
Craft quality cocktails by following standard recipes and adapting drinks to customer preferences.
Deliver fast and efficient service while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Manage beverage and supply inventories, placing orders as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including equipment and work areas.
Provide courteous and professional service, interacting with guests in a friendly and attentive manner.
Requirements
Previous experience as a bartender preferred; training will also be provided.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of beverages and mixology techniques.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and strong sense of service.
Knowledge of food hygiene standards and safety protocols.
