In 2018, the labor shortage intensified, especially in the hospitality sector, which is characterized by fluctuating and seasonal demand. This situation highlighted the urgent need for placement agencies, with a growing demand for additional staffing. This is how Eventura was born!

The founders, originally from Cancun, Mexico, and having dedicated most of their lives to the high-end hospitality industry, quickly noticed the glaring lack of professionalism within most placement agencies.
